Newman's area of specialty is understanding the psychology of work
place dynamics and environments. Her service offers counselling and
psychological advice to professional organizations, teams and leaders on
how to resolve workplace conflicts, how to better navigate work related
dynamics, how to work and communicate more effectively and how to work
with stress and resolve burn out.
Her
advice on CBC and within her professional service is direct and
profound. ISES will be working with Dr Newman to target typical event
professional teams and situations.
