CSEP Boot Camp with Julia Rutherford Silvers
Saturday, October 21, 2006 from 9:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
at the Hilton Vancouver Airport

This full day workshop is geared towards event professionals enrolled or those who wish to be enrolled in the Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) program. The CSEP Boot Camp covers the entire scope of the CSEP Exam Blueprint and will suggest strategies for approaching the essay portion of the CSEP Exam procedure in effect at this time. The CSEP designation is the hallmark of professional achievement in the special events industry. It is earned through education, performance, experience, and service to the industry, and reflects a commitment to professional conduct and ethics. Moreover, the CSEP can make you more attractive to potential clients and employers.
Changes to the CSEP Exam are anticipated in January 2007 as the CSEP Exam procedure undergoes revisions; however, changes to the CSEP Exam Blueprint are unlikely.
Based on Julia’s award-wining CSEP Exam Prep Series of CD ROM presentations covering the entire scope of the CSEP Exam Blueprint, this intensive “boot camp” will provide you with numerous strategies for approaching the essay portion of the CSEP Exam plus volumes of valuable event management information. Workshop participants will be awarded two points towards qualifying to sit for the CSEP Exam.
